Responsive, predictable and wonderfully compliant, the Excel 6al 4v is precision engineered for that ultimate titanium ride experience. It’s the seamless fusion of frame-building expertise coupled with the vision for a beautiful modern finish.

Engineered from low density grade 5 6AL 4V titanium, the Excel exhibits outstanding characteristics. With a high strength-to-weight ratio and excellent fatigue and corrosion resistance, it’s a frame material that lends itself wonderfully to a premium build bicycle.

With this particular titanium alloy, the benefits don’t come easy though. The costs and difficulty of working with it require all of Enigma’s collective experience as a team to harness its remarkable potential. But once tamed, the result is a very special frame indeed. Adaptable in every facet, Enigma has further tweaked the 2019 design of the Excel to eke out yet more performance. With increased ‘road feel’ Enigma now harnesses the properties of the titanium frame for all new levels of performance that surpass previous benchmarks.

Built to order and handcrafted to the highest standards, each Excel can be constructed for electronic or mechanical drive trains. The option of internal cable routing for both gears and hydraulics is also included for a streamlined look and superior aesthetics.
